Picking History - Cultural Scenes of the Kurdish Revolution

The book "60 Years of the September Revolution (1961-1975): Cultural Movement of the Kurdish Nation" is a valuable addition to any reader's library. This is the seventh book in the series, and it is divided into five chapters and an appendix. The book provides a comprehensive explanation of the Kurdish Revolution's cultural movement and its significance in history.

The first part of the book takes a closer look at the historical background of the revolution from different angles. It emphasizes the importance of the revolution as an academic task in history. The author examines the lives of three Kurdish intellectuals, Badrkhan, Zaza, and Wanli, and their relationship with Iraqi Kurdistan. The book also examines the external and internal debates that took place during the Kurdish Revolution and how these debates helped to overcome the obstacles that the Kurdish movement faced.

The second part of the book is dedicated to memoirs by Kamran Badrkhan and Joyce Blue. Badrkhan's memoirs provide an insight into the structure of the Kurdish Nation and the role of intellectuals between 189-1938. On the other hand, Joyce Blue's memoirs discuss refugee students and their activities in Europe and their relationship with Europe between 1958-1975. Additionally, the book includes an analysis of the characteristics of women in Joyce Blue's works on the Kurds in the modern era.

The third part of the book focuses on the views of intellectuals about Joyce Blue's relationship with the Kurds. It explores the different perspectives and opinions of intellectuals about Blue's work and its significance for the Kurdish nation.

The fourth part of the book delves into Kurdish literature and language in the writings of Joyce Blow. It includes an interview with Clemens Scalbir-Usil, an academic researcher, and Syedkhan Kurij, who discussed the Kurdish nation, identity, and language with Joyce Blow. Moreover, the book features Wajdi Arbay's interview with French researcher Clemens Scalbert Yucil about Kurdish literature and language. It also examines Kurdish literature and language in Turkey as literature in defence of Clemens Scalbert Yucil.
