Sayfadin Taufiq Sayfadin was born in the Year 1964 in the village of Mamida, Shirwan Mazn sub-district, Mergasor district, Erbil province. He was single. In 1975, after the collapse of the Aylul Revolution he was displaced with his family to the country of Iran and resided in the Zewe camp in East Kurdistan.

In 1979, at a young age, he joined the Peshmerga Forces of the Aylul Revolution and became a Peshmerga. In 1981, during an attack by the forces of the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran on the shrine of the immortal Barzani in the village of Haleji in the Margawar area of East Kurdistan, he was martyred and buried in the Mala Basak cemetery in the Zewe camp.
