Politician Qadir Abdulaziz Rashid Muhammad Ali, known by the names Qadir Qeçax, Qeçax and Qeçaxê Kurdistanî, has been recognized. In the year 1979 he joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and in the year 1980 he joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Peshmerga forces. At the tenth congress in the year 1989 he was elected as a member of the central committee and was a representative at the eleventh congresses in the year 1993 and 12. In the year 2010 at the 13. congress he was elected as a member of the leadership council of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.

 

Biography

Qadir Qeçax was born in the year 1962 in the city of Duhok. He is a graduate of the fourth grade of high school. During the years ( 2001 - 2005 ) he was the Director of General Security of the Kurdistan Region. He is proficient in the Kurdish and Persian languages.

Work History

Qadir Qeçax joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in the year 1979 and joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Peshmerga forces in the year 1980. During the years ( 1980 - 1991 ) he was a refugee in the Islamic Republic of Iran.

 

During his time working in the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, he held several duties and responsibilities. Such as the person responsible for the Naqada district committee 1984, the person responsible for the Khabat district committee affiliated with the first branch committee 1985, the person responsible for the administrative department of the political bureau 1986, an administrator of the first branch committee 1986, the person responsible for the Duhok district committee in the year 1987, Deputy person responsible for the second branch committee 1989, member of the bureau at the media bureau 1991, Deputy person responsible for the first branch committee ( 1991 - 1994 ), the person responsible for the ninth branch committee of Akre ( 1994 - 1999 ), the person responsible for the tenth branch committee of Soran 1999, the person responsible for the Peshmerga organization bureau 2001, the person responsible for the first branch committee 2004, the person responsible for the cadre institute 2007, the person responsible for the branch committee 17 in the year 2018, the person responsible for the cadre institute 2023.  

 

In the year 1987 he participated in the battle of Spirez and the capture of the Girê Germava positions on the border of Duhok province. In the year 1988 he participated as a commander in the Derelok epic on the border of Duhok province and was wounded in the battle of the village of Shetuns.

 

At the tenth congress in the year 1989 he was elected as a member of the central committee and was a representative of the 11. congress in the year 1993 and 12. and in the year 2010 at the 13. congress he was elected as a member of the leadership council of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, at the fourteenth congress of the year 2022 he became a reserve member.
