Martyr Osman Ahmed Heini was born in 1948 in the village of Pirbeinan in the Khwakurk area, affiliated with the Sidakan district of the current Soran Independent Administration. He was illiterate and married. He was martyred in 1997.
In 1991, after the popular uprising of Southern Kurdistan, he joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 1995, he became a Peshmerga in the Sidakan Army and participated in the battles of the Sidakan area. On 13 September 1977, he was martyred by PKK militants in the battle to defend the rule of law in the village of Nazaria in the Dashtehirti area of Sidakan district.
