Awini Abdulrahman Hasan was born in 1952 in Stuni village, belonging to the Sherwan Mazin subdistrict of Mergasor District, Erbil Governorate. In 1958, he began primary school in Argosh village.

In 1967, he joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, and in the same year became a Peshmerga in the Arif Yasin Battalion of the Balak Force, taking part in several battles. He was martyred in Mount Gorage in 1974. He was buried in Pirefat Cemetery in the Barzan area.
